Junior:
Must be a registered apprentice with the MTCU

Costs: CCFCC $20+GST/year until C of Q is attained, then junior must join as a Federation member (CCFCC initiation is waived)

Must be a supplier or manufacturer to the foodservice industry
Cost: CGOW $175/year
