I am currently attending St. Clair College for Culinary Arts. I went through the Ontario Youth Apprenticeship Program at Century Secondary School under Chef Ron Hart. I like cooking, but love baking. I would like to open my own pastry shop one day. I’ve been a member of the Guild for three years now and look forward to having another great year.
I am a recent graduate from the Culinary Arts program at St. Clair College, Windsor. I have completed a diploma in Tourism and Travel, and Hotel & Restaurant Management from St. Clair College and SAIT Polytechnic in Calgary, Alberta.
I currently work for a catering company in the front-of-the-house department, between two wineries, as a food-prep, server, retail service clerk, and as a wine and spirit demonstrator.
I enjoy participating in local events, functions and fundraisers as much as I can.
I am passionate about this industry, eager to learn and to grow within. I look forward to working along with the guild.
